Sexual Revolution by Azaria G.

Sexual Revolution (2020) is a work about the embodiment of sexy as seen and captured through the self of black women. It developed through a discussion based exploration of black women's sexuality and how it is felt rather than how it is perceived by others. Choreography by Azaria G. and dancers.

"Sexual Revolution" is a project created in 2020 that was artistically directed and choreographed by Azaria G. and filmed and edited by Faith Brown. Inspired by the amazing Macy Gray, both upcoming artist worked together to bring forth a short dance film that began as an exploration of personal and physical associations with the embodiment of what is comfortable and what is sexy.
